The hacker space Saskatoon TechWorks will be holding an open house Saturday, August 25.  The event will take place from 1PM to 9PM at 220 20th St W, Saskatoon.

We at Frivolous Engineering are big supporters of the hacker space movement and want to help in any way we can.  We’ve sent a couple of free Ultimate Useless Machines for them to raffle off and some Ultimate Useless Kits for them to sell.

I encourage everyone in the Saskatoon area to attend this event and support TechWorks.  There will be live entertainment, free food & drink, and some very cool projects to check out.
