YouTube user (and valued customer of Frivolous Engineering) Verksmester uploaded the above video of his Ultimate Useless Machine.
I took a quick look at the videos on his channel and found this gem: on-board video taken from his model jet. Very cool stuff,Verksmester!

Useless Machines at Redline Hobby
The Frivolous Engineering Company Inc. is proud to announce that our Ultimate Useless Machine Kits and Parts Kits are now being sold at Redline Hobby Ltd. and so I would like to thank store owner H.J. (Henry) Redekop for retailing our product.
Redline is the only full-line hobby shop in southern Saskatchewan and have been in business for 20 years. They are located at 308 McDonald Street, Regina.
I’ve been a customer since they first opened and recently purchased a Blade quad-rotor from them. I highly recommend Redline for all your hobby needs. They have knowledgeable, helpful staff and a very large selection of radio controlled model planes, copters, boats, trains, rockets, scale models and much, much more.
In addition to Redline Hobby Ltd., Ultimate Useless Machines can also be purchased at the Saskatchewan Science Centre Gift Shop.

Results of the Hacker Space Meeting
Posted by Brett in Hacker Space, Useful on March 15, 2012

Last night I attended the first meet-up of CrashBangLabs, a hacker space that is forming here in Regina. More than 50 people attended and it looks to me like we have the critical mass needed to make this work.
The most impressive thing for me was being in the same room with over 50 like-minded people: folks who want to get their hands dirty and MAKE stuff.
A hacker space is more than just a place with tools and equipment, it’s the people who MAKE it happen. And judging from the folks I met last night, CrashBangLabs is off to a great start: almost every who attended the meeting signed up and intends to become a dues-paying member. The next steps will be incorporating the hacker space as a non-profit organization and finding a suitable location.
Hats off to David Gerhard and Matt Haines who got the ball rolling, and everyone who attended. You folks MADE my day!
